The current name of the company ALIMENTOS NATURALES, S.A. dates back to 1988, bringing together different Spanish companies with a long tradition in pulses with brands like Garrido (1959), Rueda (1953), Koifer, Maravilla and El Hostal, leader in the Spanish market, both in dry and cooked pulses.
In 2001 the group joined the Tachinho brand, operating in the Portuguese market.
In 2004 opened a new packing plant in Algeria, consolidating the leadership of the Garrido brand in that market.
In 2008, Alimentos Naturales sets up its packing facility in Morocco (Casablanca), developing the brand Garrido in that country.
